Shipping:
We only provide ground delivery to the easiest access point on your property and does not include inside delivery, packaging removal, or assembly.
For larger or heavy items shipping cost includes a tail lift service delivery.
Order Shipment:
Once we receive your order we will ship it within 5 business days from the date of your order.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@fireitup.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
