Matt is the President of Miracle Training College and oversees the Wine Barrel Family church.  He is also the senior minister of Fire It Up Ministries which is called to global harvest and to the releasing and equipping of the end time Joel Army.  This army is flooding the earth with the joy filled message of living a sin-free, sickness-free, poverty-free life through the finished works of the Cross.

Matthew has been living in a continual state of bliss since his three day encounter with Heaven in 1999.  Since that first encounter with Heaven, he has chosen to spend hours a day in the manifested glory presence of Heaven. Committing his life to study the Word of God and to separate himself completely unto God.

During the last 11 years Matt has been constantly caught up in trances, raptures, ecstatic encounters, prolonged seasons of ligature, and his explosive joy shatters the atmosphere with Heaven's glory as he ministers.

Whilst Matt loves to preach under the revelatory unction of Holy Spirit and see lives transformed instantly in the glory, he is just as comfortable ministering to the Lord during seasons of intense visitation.  While preaching Matt can slip between an absorption ecstasy and a concentration ecstasy quickly and is often taken over by the joy of the intense weight of God's glory, so much so that he simply can not stand any longer and has to minister from the floor.

When ministering from the cloud of His glory, Matt often falls into a trance and receives words of knowledge and wisdom from Holy Spirit about the needs of the people in the meeting.  Sometimes Holy Spirit enables Matt to “hear” people's thoughts and questions that they may have so that he can answer them with the word of God.

Whenever the Holy Spirit comes into the meeting there is always deliverance and freedom from sin.

Matt carries a powerful anointing which impacts the lives and hearts of those around him. Some have testified that just staning near Matt is like electricity shooting all over their body.
